Terms of Service for Professional Makeup and Photography Services
1. Service Providers: Professional makeup services are provided by makeup artist Minerva Lorenzo, and professional photography services are provided by photographer Valeria Alves, both located at Palm Oasis Hotel in Gran Canaria.
2. Service Availability: Makeup and photography services are available every Tuesday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and every Thursday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
3. No Obligation to Purchase: Clients are informed that makeup application and photo sessions are provided without any obligation to purchase.
4. Photograph Selection and Payment: Clients will be charged 15 euros per selected photograph immediately following the photo session. Payment is required upon selection.
5. Photograph Characteristics: Photographs will be printed in A5 format on high-quality photographic paper. Images will be captured using a Canon EOS 6D camera and provided to clients in JPEG format.
6. Delivery of Photographs: Printed photographs will be delivered to clients the following day and left at the hotel reception for pickup.
7. Usage and Distribution of Photographs: Minerva Lorenzo and Valeria Alves agree not to use or distribute any photographs taken during the session on social media or any other platform without prior written consent from the client.
8. Responsibility for Allergies: It is the responsibility of the client to inform Minerva Lorenzo of any allergies or sensitivities related to makeup products prior to the application of makeup. Minerva Lorenzo will take necessary precautions, but cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions.
9. Cancellation Policy: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
10. Liability: Minerva Lorenzo and Valeria Alves are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the makeup or photography session.
11. Consent: By booking an appointment, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
